With over 30 years of experience in financial accounting, taxation and compliance, I founded Soare Accounting SRL with the mission of providing SMEs in Constanța with the highest quality accounting and tax management.
A graduate of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at ASE Bucharest (1988), CECCAR member since 2008 and authorized Tax Consultant, I bring a complete perspective — from day-to-day compliance to long-term tax optimization.
